Choose the operation that fits your task

Document tools reduce repeated editing when a contact, team or organization changes across Word, Excel and plain-text files. Select the files together, map old details to new ones and inspect each match in context. Approved changes are written to new copies while the originals remain intact.

Choose name replacement for a person or organization, or period updating for a year range in a report heading. Word, Excel and text-specific entries focus the same review process on one input format. A matching phrase may also occur in a historical reference: finding it is not the same as approving it. The working document interface currently uses Turkish, clearly marked on every link.

A concrete example

Input
A DOCX, an XLSX and a TXT containing the name Doc.
Choice and settings
Map Doc to Renova; inspect and approve suitable matches in each file.
Expected result
Three updated copies and a change report; skipped matches retain their original wording.

What to check before starting

Supported inputs are DOCX, XLSX and UTF-8 TXT, not legacy DOC/XLS conversion. Longer names may change line breaks and pagination. Check Word tables and Excel formula results or external links after export. For PDF text revision, use the separate PDF category. Do not treat this as a promise to preserve a fixed page layout.

About this category

Does every match change automatically?

No. Review and approval remain part of the process. Skip ambiguous names or references that should stay unchanged.

Is the document workspace available in English?

This category guide is English; the document editor opens in Turkish. It is labeled before you follow the link. PDF and image conversion have separate workspaces.

How are your files processed?

File processing runs in your browser; source files and their contents are not uploaded for processing. Opening the page and its local libraries requires a connection. This is not a promise of offline use or identical performance on every device. Try the original samples first, review your outputs and retain the originals.
