1. Enter your code list
Each filled row creates one output. Paste two columns from Excel or one value per line. The second column is the printed caption; if blank, the code value is printed.
QR: links or text, up to 500 characters / 1500 UTF-8 bytes. Links are never opened. Code 128 uses 1–80 printable ASCII characters; EAN-13/8 requires exactly 13/8 digits with a valid check digit.

2. Place the code and caption
Drag inside an element to move it; use corner/edge handles to resize. Move with arrow keys or enter percentages. Code and caption must not overlap.
Saved layouts exclude your code list. Four-module white QR margins and barcode side margins are preserved. Downloads stop for undersized or overlapping regions. Print A4 at 100% / actual size and check with your own reader.
This does not allocate product numbers or register products. Pixel patterns are generated locally; check physical printing with your printer and reader.

Choose the operation that fits your task
QR and barcode tools turn a list of values into batches of readable symbols. Encoded content and the visible caption are separate: a barcode can contain a short product code while its caption shows a longer name. Position and size the code and text independently, keeping the symbol’s required white space clear.
Use QR for text or URLs; entered links are not opened. Code 128 accepts supported ASCII values, while EAN-13/EAN-8 require the correct digit count and check digit. Choose physical dimensions and DPI, and retain the quiet zone. Do not place a logo or caption over the blank border surrounding the code.

- Choose Code 128, separate the symbol and caption areas, set size/DPI and export.
- Expected result
- Three code images or a PDF. Captions do not change encoded values; independently scan all three outputs.
What to check before starting
PNG ZIP gives separate images; PDF provides a print layout. Printer resolution, scaling and the scanner affect results. Scan the final files and a printed sample with your own reader. This tool does not allocate product numbers, provide GS1 registration or grant access permissions. Layout JSON saves positioning without the code list.
About this category
Why does an EAN check digit fail?
EAN requires a specific number of digits and a valid final check digit. Verify the authorized product number instead of inventing a random EAN.
Is the printed caption encoded too?
No. The caption and encoded value are separate. A reader returns the encoded value, not an automatically appended title.
How are your files processed?
File processing runs in your browser; source files and their contents are not uploaded for processing. Opening the page and its local libraries requires a connection. This is not a promise of offline use or identical performance on every device. Try the original samples first, review your outputs and retain the originals.
