Create batch QR codes with captions and custom print sizes

Create QR codes from a list of links or text. Set code and caption positions and sizes, print dimensions in millimeters and DPI, then download PNG ZIP or PDF.

1. Enter your code list

Each filled row creates one output. Paste two columns from Excel or one value per line. The second column is the printed caption; if blank, the code value is printed.

QR: links or text, up to 500 characters / 1500 UTF-8 bytes. Links are never opened. Code 128 uses 1–80 printable ASCII characters; EAN-13/8 requires exactly 13/8 digits with a valid check digit.

2. Place the code and caption

Drag inside an element to move it; use corner/edge handles to resize. Move with arrow keys or enter percentages. Code and caption must not overlap.

Selected element position and size

Saved layouts exclude your code list. Four-module white QR margins and barcode side margins are preserved. Downloads stop for undersized or overlapping regions. Print A4 at 100% / actual size and check with your own reader.

This does not allocate product numbers or register products. Pixel patterns are generated locally; check physical printing with your printer and reader.

How to use this tool

Each row creates a QR code. Paste two Excel columns or choose UTF-8 CSV/TSV: code value first, printed caption second. QR uses UTF-8 and M error correction. Four-module white margins are preserved; undersized or overlapping regions stop downloads. Move and resize captions, set a font size or hide text. Create A4 sheets, individual PDF pages or PNG ZIP locally. Up to 200 rows and 500 characters per cell; saved layouts exclude your list. Links are not opened and data is not uploaded.
