Choose the operation that fits your task
All tools is a directory for comparing different tasks, including tasks that start with the same file. Begin with your source and intended result: changing document details, resizing images, managing PDF pages, trimming clips, producing cards from a list and generating readable codes are separate workspaces.
Use Documents for reviewed replacements in Word/Excel/TXT; Photos for dimensions, logos and image text; PDF for combined documents, selected pages and PDF-to-Word/Excel exports. A people list and shared design belong in Cards & Templates, while machine-readable symbols belong in QR & Barcodes. Video tools change duration, framing and sound.
A concrete example
- Input
- A photo containing writing that you want to edit.
- Choice and settings
- Choose Photos → Extract Text, review OCR and select a suitable export format.
- Expected result
- Text or an image-and-text Word/Excel/PDF document. Changing the picture format alone does not produce the same result.
What to check before starting
Putting a picture inside PDF does not recognize its writing: OCR requires a separate review. A badge PDF does not grant access rights, and creating a QR code does not verify a linked website. Download current work before switching pages; an active task may not transfer to another workspace. Planned features and uninstalled recognition languages are not presented as available.
About this category
Why can several tools start with the same file?
Their results differ. Exporting a PDF page as JPG, its text as TXT and its images/text as Word are separate operations.
Will selected files transfer when I switch tools?
Do not assume so. Files belong to the local workspace. Download results before navigation and reselect the source if needed.
How are your files processed?
File processing runs in your browser; source files and their contents are not uploaded for processing. Opening the page and its local libraries requires a connection. This is not a promise of offline use or identical performance on every device. Try the original samples first, review your outputs and retain the originals.
