PDF editor: add images, text and shapes
Add a logo, text, boxes and triangles to a PDF. Preview a page, position the elements and download a new document copy.
1. Add and arrange files
2. Prepare your PDF
For photos, each JPG/PNG becomes one centered A4 page. Max 25 megapixels per image. Transparent PNGs use a white page.
Elements are added as a transparent image layer to the pages selected in the file list. The underlying text remains. A white box is not secure redaction. New text is not selectable; existing PDF content stays underneath.
Check the output before using it. Text extraction uses selectable text only; scanned pages need OCR. It does not compress or edit existing text.
How to use this tool
Drag elements over the local page preview or adjust percentage coordinates, size, color, opacity and layer order. The same layout is applied to the selected pages. Added elements are embedded as a transparent image layer, so new writing is not selectable PDF text. Underlying content remains: a white box is not secure redaction.
- Choose your PDF files.
- Preview the page, then add and position text, an image or a shape.
- Prepare, download and check the output in your own viewer.
