Frequently asked questions

What to know before you start. Each tool also explains its specific limits on its own page.

Are my files uploaded?

Processing happens in your browser. Files and file names are not sent for processing or visitor analytics. Internet is needed to load the site and its tool assets.

Do I need an account?

You can use the tools without an account. Load the built-in samples and inspect the results on screen before bringing your own files.

Which files and outputs are supported?

The document workspace accepts DOCX, XLSX and UTF-8 TXT; photos accept JPG, PNG and WebP. PDF and browser-decodable video tools are also available. Each tool lists its own input, output and size limits; formats vary by tool.

How accurate is photo OCR? Which languages are available?

Turkish and English models are available. Small, blurred or low-contrast text may be misread; check names, dates and amounts carefully. Confidence is not a guarantee of accuracy. Arabic and Japanese models are not installed.

How is a PDF with pictures and text prepared?

Source layout keeps the full image on one proportional page and adds recognized text as a selectable layer. Report layout reflows selected pictures and reviewed text. Changing the word count can invalidate source positions; rerun OCR or choose report layout. Inspect the actual PDF preview.

Does PDF to Word or Excel preserve the exact layout?

Page images and extractable text are exported to Word or Excel. Editable text reflows; exact page design and perfect table recognition are not guaranteed. Automatic OCR of scanned PDFs is not available in this flow yet.

Can I paste a screenshot directly?

Use Ctrl+V or ⌘V on Mac in a file area. The paste button works in supported browsers too. Some browsers do not expose copied files; drag the file or use the file picker instead. Normal paste behavior is preserved in text fields.

Why does video processing stop on my phone?

Video decoding and encoding depend on your browser. Keep the tab visible; locking the screen or switching apps may interrupt processing. Try a short sample first and select an available output format.

How should I check printed cards, labels and QR codes?

Set dimensions in mm and DPI. Print the PDF at actual size with fit-to-page disabled; test on plain paper first. Scan QR codes and barcodes from the final output. Physical printer and scanner results can vary.

What should I do if I find a problem?

When reporting a problem, describe the steps and the expected result. Review the report before sharing it. Do not include confidential documents, passwords or personal information; use a generic example if possible.
