Convert PDF to Excel with images, fields and text cells
Export PDF text to field/value cells and XLSX worksheets with page images. Correct the table suggestions and select local OCR for scanned pages.
PDF → Word and Excel: page images + text
An existing PDF text layer is read automatically and each page image is retained. For scanned/text-free pages, explicitly run Turkish or English OCR. The new document does not exactly reconstruct original tables, formulas or page layout.
Read text in a listing, product card or screenshot on your device. Select photo areas, correct the text and create new documents with embedded images.
Word, Excel and report PDFs create a new layout; searchable PDFs preserve the source appearance. Photos are not automatically isolated: select their areas. OCR can make mistakes; check names and numbers before confirming.
Up to 10 PDF pages/images, 20 MB each, 40 MB total and 16 MP per image. Exported images use a maximum 2000 px long edge; OCR uses 3200 px and source-view PDF uses up to 4096 px. Turkish and English models run locally. Arabic/Japanese models are not installed yet.
Orange: selection. Green: export photos. Blue: OCR text area. Drag with a mouse/touch or enter percentages.
The first photo area replaces the full image; add up to 10 areas afterward.
Review the suggested table. Excel includes photos, field/value cells and the full text; OCR does not create formulas. Word/PDF reflow the images and reviewed full text.
Searchable PDF keeps each full source image on one page at its original aspect ratio; OCR is an invisible selectable layer. If the word count changed or geometry is unavailable, choose the text report or rerun OCR. Reports reflow selected photos and edited text.

2. Prepare your PDF
For photos, each JPG/PNG becomes one centered A4 page. Max 25 megapixels per image. Transparent PNGs use a white page.
Elements are added as a transparent image layer to the pages selected in the file list. The underlying text remains. A white box is not secure redaction. New text is not selectable; existing PDF content stays underneath.
Revise text into a new document
Choose one text-bearing PDF. This creates a new layout: original images, tables, columns and page geometry are not retained. Longer names can flow to new lines and pages.
Use Prepare download below to extract text and list candidates. Matching uses the page language for letter case and whole words and prioritizes longer rules.
Reflowed PDF/image output uses local Noto Sans; unsupported script glyphs fail visibly. Word stores Unicode text without embedding a font. Up to 100 new pages.

Check the output before using it. Text extraction uses selectable text only; scanned pages need OCR. Choose the dedicated revision tool to reflow text into a new document.
How to use this tool
Each source page gets its own worksheet with images, editable field/value cells and full text. Review the detected columns manually. Spreadsheet formulas are not reconstructed and text is not executed as a formula. Up to 10 source pages are supported.
- Choose your PDF files.
- Open the PDF, review and approve field/value suggestions, then export XLSX.
- Prepare, download and check the output in your own viewer.
This conversion supports up to 10 source pages/images, 20 MB each and 40 MB total. Text must be reviewed before export.
