Create batch barcode labels: Code 128, EAN-13 and EAN-8
Generate Code 128, EAN-13 or EAN-8 barcodes from a list. Move and resize codes and captions independently, then export PNGs or A4 PDF at custom sizes and DPI.
1. Enter your code list
Each filled row creates one output. Paste two columns from Excel or one value per line. The second column is the printed caption; if blank, the code value is printed.
QR: links or text, up to 500 characters / 1500 UTF-8 bytes. Links are never opened. Code 128 uses 1–80 printable ASCII characters; EAN-13/8 requires exactly 13/8 digits with a valid check digit.

2. Place the code and caption
Drag inside an element to move it; use corner/edge handles to resize. Move with arrow keys or enter percentages. Code and caption must not overlap.
Saved layouts exclude your code list. Four-module white QR margins and barcode side margins are preserved. Downloads stop for undersized or overlapping regions. Print A4 at 100% / actual size and check with your own reader.
This does not allocate product numbers or register products. Pixel patterns are generated locally; check physical printing with your printer and reader.

How to use this tool
Paste two Excel columns or choose CSV/TSV with barcode values and optional captions. Code 128 accepts 1–80 printable ASCII characters; EAN-13/8 requires exactly 13/8 digits with a valid check digit. Values are not silently altered. Set code/text positions, font size, print dimensions and DPI. White margins are preserved; invalid, tiny or overlapping regions stop downloads. Up to 200 records; PNG ZIP, A4 sheets or individual PDF pages. Layout JSON excludes your list. This does not allocate product numbers, GS1 registration or carrier shipments; processing is local.
