Create business cards from a table of contact details

Choose a business card design, palette and logo. Fill names, roles, phone numbers and emails from a table; export personalized business cards as PNGs or print PDF.

1. Template, logo and data

Upload a card background or start with a blank card. You can add a separate logo.

Ready-made designs

Choose a design to apply its background and box positions while keeping your list. It replaces an uploaded background. Move the boxes and logo afterwards.

Low-ink mode uses white paper and thin lines, removing large fills and text backgrounds. Uploaded backgrounds are omitted in this mode and return in color mode. Logos become grayscale; reduce logo opacity for less coverage.

Industry pattern — optional

These designs and simple marks are original Docrenova artwork, free to use in your outputs. You can also upload your own transparent PNG logo.

Fill a template from a list

Columns are separate text boxes on the card. Each row makes one card. Paste Excel cells or drag a cell corner down to repeat a value.

Up to five boxes and 200 rows. Select a box to move or resize it on the card. Ctrl+D / ⌘D copies the cell above. Shift+Enter adds a line within a cell.

Opacity and text boxes

Transparent PNG/WebP areas are preserved. 0% is fully transparent; 100% is fully visible.

The background fills the selected name area. 50% is semi-transparent; name text keeps its own color. The same settings apply to every badge, PNG and PDF output.

Cutting outline

The default thin 0.2 mm line is included in PNGs and the A4 PDF. Adjust thickness/color or turn the outline off.

Templates fit inside the output with white padding if needed. Text is fitted into the selected area.

2. Select areas and preview

Select text or logo; drag inside to move it and drag corner/edge handles to resize. Drag on empty space to draw a new area. Use arrow keys to move or edit percentage fields.

Single pages preserve certificate or square announcement dimensions. For A4 sheets, each design must fit inside the page margins.

A4 label / card layout

Cells run left to right, top to bottom. Only the first page skips earlier cells; later sheets start at cell one. Enter your paper’s label measurements. Print on A4 at 100% / actual size and check alignment on plain paper first.

Saved designs include layout, appearance, logo and background; the record/name list is excluded. Reuse the design with a new list next time.

Each table row creates one output. Choose several designs on A4 sheets or one page per record at the selected size. Print at 100% / actual size. PNG and PDF outputs are images; PDF text is not editable. Files are processed on your device.

How to use this tool

Choose waves, geometric, minimal business or evening invitation artwork from the design gallery, then select a palette and an original simple logo. Add subtle edge patterns for education, health, technology, construction, food, finance or logistics. Invitations use balloons, cake or bunting; announcements use poster layouts. Black-and-white low-ink mode creates PNG/PDF with white paper and thin lines; uploaded backgrounds are omitted and logos become grayscale. Each column is a separate text box on the card; each filled row makes one card. Add up to five boxes, edit their labels and position them independently. Type cells, paste Excel data or choose CSV/TSV with column names in its first row. Drag a cell corner down to repeat its value. Click the card heading to edit it. Set a shared logo/background, cutting outline and A4 layout, then export PNG ZIP or PDF. Up to 200 records and 500 characters/eight lines per box. Saved designs exclude the data list. Old designs open in advanced text mode; per-person photos and live CRM/access-system integration are not included. For A4 sheets, set left/top margins, horizontal/vertical gaps, rows, columns and the starting cell. Skipped cells remain blank on the first sheet. Check the preview, use your paper measurements and print on A4 at 100% actual size.
